General remarks
A General remarks
A1 Olimpwin Sports and Live betting rules
A1.1 Betting participants:
The participants in each bet and in on-line gaming are Olimpwin, the licensed organizer, on one side, and the player, i.e. the customer (hereinafter called “The User”) who places bets or puts money on other games offered by the organizer, on the other side.
A1.2 Who is not allowed to bet?
Betting is not permitted:
  • To all direct participants in sporting events, to owners, coaches, players, and to officials of the club which participates in the competition. Further, the betting is not permitted to judges, inspectors or to employees of the associations and organizations which organize or control the respective sports event.
  • It is not permitted to bet through intermediaries (the bookies or the booking agents).
  • Betting is not permitted to all of those whose participation in betting may be prohibited by the law (be it either because of age or some other restrictions).

The betting organizer is not familiar with, and cannot know if the user belongs into any of the groups which are not permitted to bet. In case the organizer obtains such information, he reserves the right to take all necessary actions to protect the regularity of the game.

In case of violation of any of these rules, the organizer reserves the right to reject the payout of the winning bets, and of the already made deposits, as well as to cancel all the bets.

A1.3 Learn about the betting terms, games rules and result
Upon the bet closure, the user declares him / herself to be familiar with the latest version of "Terms of betting and games rules", and that he/she has no knowledge of the final outcome of the event he/she is betting on.
A1.4 Independent betting

The user makes bets and signs an individual betting contract with the organizer.

In case the organizer notices repeated requests containing the same selection made by the same or some other user, and in case the organizer’s suspicion with regard to collaboration and pooling of multiple users is justified, the organizer is entitled to subsequently declare bets totally void, especially in the cases where it is obvious that the users acted as associates or as collusion partners, as well as in the cases where the bets are placed within a short period of time by one or more users.

A1.5 Age and legal age

When registering and placing every single bet, the user confirms that he/she is above the legal minimum age set by his/her national legislation, and that he/she is not subject to any age or legal limits with regard to the bet he/she makes.

The user has a responsibility to be familiar with the laws of his/her country, to know if the betting is legal or not, and to be aware of the possible restrictions and penalties.

The organizer has the right to refuse the registration requests from the countries where betting is illegal.

A2 Stakes
A2.1 Limits to the betting stakes

The stake amount is the user’s choice, but it must be in line with the winnings limits and organizer's rules applying for stakes amounts and the possible winnings.

In some cases, the organizer reserves the right to refuse certain bets or to limit the stake amount for a certain event, or to a certain user, without any particular explanation.

A2.2 Funds in the user’s account
In order to place bets on a certain event, the user must have a valid betting account containing all necessary betting funds.
A2.3 Full coverage

If there are insufficient funds in the user’s account, and the difference is not deposited in due time, the organizer shall accept bets in the order of their receipt, provided that the betting account covers each single bet in full.

Credit bets (bets with no coverage due to lack of funds in account) shall not be accepted.

A3 Placing a Bet
A3.1 Confirmation

When the bet shows up in the user’s account, it is thereby confirmed and accepted by the organizer.

In some cases, due to various, but mostly due to technical reasons, there may be a delay in showing up of the bets. In that case, the time recognised as the time when the bet was placed is the time when the company registered a bet, and not the time when the bet showed up in the user’s account.

The user can receive a payment confirmation message via Internet or mobile services, but if such a message, for whatever reason, fails to come, the bet shall only be confirmed if it is showed up in "My Games" section of the user's account.

Each time, when placing bets, the user accepts "General Terms of Business" set by the organizer.

A3.2 Incorrect / Void bets

If a bet is declared ”incorrect” or "void", it shall be considered as the winning one, with odds set to 1.00.

In the event of individual bets, the amount paid by the user shall be paid back to his/her account, whereas in the case of combo bets, the total odds shall be adjusted to the changed odds of that bet. So, in case the rest of pairs related results are hit all correct, the combo bet shall still be winning one, except that the winning amount shall be modified.

A3.3 Deadline for placing bets

The deadline for placing bets is always determined by the organizer and is based on the knowledge he/she has about the start of the event.

In special cases (live betting, special bets), the organizer shall, based on other parameters, determine the deadline for placing bets.

A3.4 Bets placed after the start of an event

Bets placed after the start of an event shall be declared void.

Those bets shall be considered winning, with odds set to 1.00.

In live betting, bets received after the outcome of one event of a single bet is announced, shall be considered void and declared as the winning ones, with the odds set to 1.00.

A3.5 Refusal of bets

The organizer has the right to refuse any bet without giving a reason for it.

A3.6 Accepted bets

All bets which are placed and accepted in due time, except for cases referred to in the "General rules", cannot be cancelled or modified.

The user is obliged to check his/her bet before placing it, and the organizer does not take responsibility if the details of the user’s bet are incorrect.

The organizer shall take no responsibility for missing or duplicate bets; the user is free to check his/her bets in his/her account at any time.

In live betting, odds are changed even during the bet closure. The user has the right to either accept or reject the change of the odds; he/she shall define it on his/her own.

If the user accepts the bet, the confirmation of closed betting shall contain the current odds.

A bet is valid as soon as it shows up in the user’s account, even if he/she does not receive the confirmation of the successfully closed betting.

A3.7 Change of betting circumstances

If the organizer learns about new circumstances that may determine the outcome of the bet, such as, for example, change of time, venue or of betting participants, the organizer can either cancel the bet or determine a new deadline for the bet. Cancelled bets are considered to be winning bets, with odds set to 1.00.

A3.8 Errors

The organizer does not take responsibility for typing, transmission and/or evaluation errors.

The organizer reserves the right to correct obvious errors which occurred when entering the odds and/or calculating results (included are all errors referring to odds, to event itself or to the participating teams), even after the event ended.

The organizer reserves the right to declare bets void, if they result from such obvious errors.

All information provided by information services, such as live scores or messages with results received via E-mail or the SMS service, have informative character, and the organizer does not take any responsibility for their correctness, completeness, or their being updated or not.

In case of any differences, the valid stake and outcome are those registered and confirmed by the organizer.

In case of cancelling the wrongly positioned event or a claim, the bets shall be declared void and considered to be winning bets, with odds set to 1.00.

A4 Calculating betting gains
A4.1 The calculation of gain

In case of events where the organizer defined the odds (the quota), the gain is calculated by multiplying the stake with the accompanying odds of the event a player is betting one. In case of placing a bet on more than one event within a single bet, the gain is calculated by multiplying all the odds of the played events with the stake.

The organizer reserves the right to give a special gain-related bonus (e.g. in combination bets on 6 or more events, gain is increased by 10%, etc.).

A4.2 Gaming currency and Payout of winnings

The only possible gaming currency is the Euro.

If the payments to a user’s account are made in another currency, they shall be converted into Euro based on the exchange rate valid on the payment date. At his/her account, the user shall dispose only of Euros.

All withdrawals shall be made in Euros. If the user wants, payment may be made in another currency, calculated on the basis of the exchange rate valid on the payment date.

Exceptions are citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the deposits and withdrawals are made in “KM”, but the amounts shown in the account are converted into Euros.

Daily withdrawal limit in the bet shop amounts to KM 1.000 (or to the equivalent amount in Euros). Greater winnings amounts shall be paid via account into the user’s account.

When calculating winnings by using Promo Bonus, the stake is always deducted from the total value of winnings. For example, if a player invested 10 Euros and gained 90 Euros, 10 Euros (the stake) shall be deducted from his total value of winnings, so that the actual gain shall amount to 80 Euros.

B Bet Result
B1 General Betting Rules
B1.1 Results and possible subsequent changes of results

Olimpwin recognizes only the results that were achieved during the game. No subsequent changes, made due to decisions of individuals and / or commissions, as a part of disciplinary measures of a sports tribunal or some other competent court, shall not be taken into account.

In case of an obvious violation of sports rules, the company reserves the right to block the winnings and withhold the pay out.

Bets on the final result of an event or a tournament shall be paid out based on the official result which is usually declared immediately after the event by the competent authority of the respective sport, league or event.

If the official body changes the official result within 24 hours after event, the organizer has the right to modify the payments accordingly (winnings, which are already paid out, shall be nullified and then paid out again in accordance with the changed result).

All changes made in the table or the ranking, for whatever reason, 24 hours after event, shall not be taken into consideration when the outcome of the bet is to be decided upon.

B1.6 Related bets

Related bets on the same event cannot be combined. Related bets are two or more different bets that have related possibilities.

Example:
  • Bet 1: "What is the exact result of the match?", contains also the following results for betting:
    "0:0"
    "1:0"
    "0:1"
  • Bet 2: "How many goals will be scored in a match?", contains also the following results for betting:
    "0-1 hit"
    "2-3 goals"
    "No goal"
  • Since the option "No goal" affects these bets, especially betting on correct outcome of “0:0”, these bets are considered related to each other and cannot be combined.

The organizer reserves the right to decide which bets are related to each other.

If a combination bet, involving two or more related selections, is accepted by mistake, the organizer has the right to declare this bet void.

B1.7 Ex – aequo placing and the Tie (dead heat)

In the case where more participants, athletes and teams achieve the same placing, the following rule, unless otherwise stated, shall apply when calculating the amount of winnings: Odds for winning options shall be divided by the number of winning results and then multiplied by the betting stake.

Unless otherwise stated, this rule applies to all the cases where two or more offered adequate options are deemed winning.

Example: An athletic competition between athlete A (odds of 5.80) and athlete B (odds of 7.00) ends in a draw. Users who bet 10 Euros on athlete A receive 29 Euros (odds multiplied by the stake and divided by the number of declared winners = 5.80 x 10: 2). Users who bet 10 Euros on athlete B receive 35 Euros (7.00 x 10: 2).

B1.8 Live Betting
B1.8.1 Explanation

Live bets are offered right before and during a game or a competition. The odds are constantly adjusted in accordance with the current result and the situation in the game, i.e. with the competition to which the live betting refers.

In some situations, while accepting bets, the odds are changed. In such case, the live bet shall not be accepted, and the user shall be offered to accept a bet with the corrected odds. Options which are taken into account are options chosen by the user him/herself.

.

B1.8.2 Results

Relevant results for Live betting are results announced right after the end of an event, and these results shall be used for determining the winning results. Subsequent changes made by various commissions, juries, individuals or appellate bodies, shall not affect the live bets payout.

B1.8.3 Errors

The organizer reserves the right to declare void all the bets due to errors made when placing a bet, before or after the start of the event.

In case of an obvious error in displaying offers for players, or in displaying bets, including the already mentioned obvious error made while entering data into the organizer’s computer, the organizer assumes no responsibility for the afore mentioned errors.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of such errors, to pay out such bets in accordance with valid odds, even if the error was noticed after event finished.

The organizer reserves the right not to pay out the winnings to the players who benefit from the occurrence of technical fault or error during transaction processing. The organizer reserves the right to correct all the noticed obvious errors, at any time, without prior or subsequent notice.

B1.9 Playing Times

In sports where the certain playing times are determined by the rules, the official result is the result declared after the regular playing time (added time by referees is included).

Playing in overtime or choosing the winner by penalty shoot-outs, or by some other third method, shall have no effect on the payment of bets. Exceptions refer to specific bets, or are the part of the special rules of respective sport.

B1.10 Disqualifications

When betting on the final outcome of an event, tournament, or the race, the participant (a team or a player), who is disqualified for whatever reason, within 24 hours after the end of the event, shall be deemed a loser.

In case of duel competitions, if one of the competitors is disqualified, the winner of the duel is the competitor who completed the ride, race, etc.

In case of disqualification of both competitors, the bet is void and the stake is returned, except in cases where there is an X option in duel (both competitors either drop out or finish the ride with the same result).

When betting on events with more than one run (skiing, for example), and in case of disqualification of one of the competitors in the first run, the winner is the second competitor provided that he/she finished the first run, even if he/she was disqualified in the second run.

B1.11 How to bet

Single betting
Single betting is a bet in which the player, within the framework of these rules, bets on the outcome of just one selected event from the offer given by the organizer. If the player predicts the correct outcome, he/she is entitled to a winning amount. All offered events can be received as the single bets.

Exceptions are events for which there is a prescribed minimum of combinations.

Multiple betting (accumulator or parlay betting)
This is a type of betting where the player can, within the framework of these rules, place combined bets on more events, i.e. the player can combine outcome types of different events offered by the organizer.

It is not possible to combine bets referring to events and those referring to the parts of events, on one single ticket. Also, it is not possible to combine bets on related parts of that event (for example, in a match Inter – Lazio, the final outcome cannot be combined with other parts of that event, and these are: the first half-time, the second half-time, handicap, who scores the first goal, the correct score, etc.)

The organizer reserves the right to make an exception and for certain events, to allow combined betting on the mentioned events.

The organizer reserves the right to disable single betting for a certain event, and to determine a minimum of combinations for that event.

The organizer determines the maximum possible number of events on the ticket.

B1.12 Types of bets

The organizer accepts bets on the outcomes of different events:

  • Matches or events with three possible outcomes (type 1, type X, type 2).
Type 1 - Home win, i.e. the player or the team listed first, wins.
    Type X- No winner / A draw
Type 2 - Away win, i.e. the player or the team listed second, wins.
  • Double chance
This is a bet that covers two out of the three possible match outcomes, and events with three possible results (type 1X, X2 type, type 12).
1X - Tie game or home win (i.e. the team listed first, wins)
X2 - Tie game or away win (i.e. the team listed second, wins)
type 12 - Match ends as either a home or an away win, i.e. the winner is the team listed first or second
  • Matches or events with two possible outcomes (type 1, type 2)
Type 1 - Home win, i.e. the player or the team listed first, wins.
Type 2 - Away win, i.e. the player or the team listed second, wins.

Betting on parts of events or matches, which are specific for each sport, such as half time in football, a period in ice hockey, a quarter in basketball, a round in boxing, a stage in biking, an inning in baseball, etc.

Example of betting on the first half-time: Type 1: home win or the winning of the first listed team at half-time. Similar to this, there are betting types offered for the first period, first set, game flow, half-time/end outcome, correct outcome, first score in the game, the passing score, the betting on the winner (after the regular playing time is over or during the play in overtime, or after two or more played matches).

The following betting types can also be offered: betting on the winner of the series, ranking of the individuals or teams in a single match (competition), betting on the top scorer, betting on the scorer of the first goal, betting on who scores/does not score a goal, betting on total of goals scored, handicap, etc.

Special bets and offers

All other bets offered by the organizer

B1.13 Special types of bets and offers

The organizer also organizes other special types of bets:

  • Handicap betting: Before the event starts, one team is, in advance, assigned a certain number of goals/points/runs, depending on how the act of achieving a point/scoring is called at a respective sport. Defining a handicap (number of goals/points) comes within the competence of the organizer, and is announced together with other information contained in the offer.
  • Handicap F2 betting (football)
This bet puts favoured team into a harder position (a team with assigned lower rate), and there are no special marks on the offer saying whether the favourite is the host or the quest. The official result in the offer “Handicap F2” is achieved when the favoured team wins within the regular playing time with two or more goals of difference.
  • A bet, where you can miss one, several, or all of the events, and still win a part or the whole bet.
  • Bets in which the player must correctly predict outcome of a certain number of events, or meet other special criteria set by the organizer in order to be awarded additional bonus, a higher gain than the default one, etc.
  • Bets in which the organizer does not give single rates, but gives the total rate or the winning amount for all events.

Odd or Even betting
Note: If the result is "0", bets shall be settled as "Even".

Total betting
(All bets which include betting options of "More/Over" and "Less/Under" goals, points, etc) If an event is cancelled before its end, all bets shall be declared void, unless the limit defined for betting is either achieved or exceeded. In that case, both of the bets are valid.

Head-to-Head (Duel) betting
It is a type of betting on who will be better in competition, individuals or the teams (who will score more goals, points, etc.), or who will achieve better result in a race, contest, tournament, etc.

Medal betting
All bets on the number of medals are paid out in accordance with the official medals table at the end of the particular event (e.g. Olympic Games, World or European Championships, etc.). All subsequent changes or disqualifications made by the competent authority do not count for betting purposes.
Note: Team medals: Any medal won by a team/nation per competition counts as one medal, regardless of the number of team members.

All other betting types.

B2 Rules by sports:
B2.1 Football

Score in the regular time (90 minutes) is always used as the match outcome except in the case where the organizer defines in the gaming lineup that the final score is relevant for a specific event.

No later changes or decisions by individuals or committees (disqualifications etc.) are taken into account.

If an event is canceled, postponed or aborted before the end of regular time and was not restarted sooner than in 60 hours, the bet for that event is void and will be evaluated as “won” with the odds of 1.00. Same goes for all special bets related to that event: ( first half, first to score, total number of goals in first half, halftime/fulltime, number of goals, handicap, final score) and indirectly if one participant of that event is in the gaming lineup with a participant of some other event (for example, duel). If an event started earlier than published on the betting list for any reason, all bets after an actual start date will be void and evaluated as “won” with the odds of 1.00.

If an event starts within 60 hours, the bet counts. 60 hour deadline is applied on the start date displayed on the betting list. Organizer is not obliged to emphasize the neutral venue and is not required to take the venue into account. While formatting event, organizer is not obliged to put a home team as a first team. In that regard, changing the order of teams is not considered a change in the betting offer (for example, Bayern – Stuttgart may be a bet even though the game is in Stuttgart).

Switching the pair with one participant gone and replaced with someone else is considered as a change in the betting offer. (for example, if Roma - Inter is in the gaming lineup, while the actual pairing is Roma - Parma).

B2.2 Basketball

Score in the regular time (40 or 48 minutes) is always used as the match outcome except in the case where the organizer defines in the gaming lineup that the final score is relevant for a specific event. B2.5 Tennis

Florida – Arizona) a igra Florida – Boston.

B2.7 Water polo

Score in the regular time is always used as the match outcome except in the case where the organizer defines in the gaming lineup that the final score is relevant for a specific event. No later changes or decisions by individuals or committees are taken into account.

If an event is canceled, postponed or aborted before the end of regular time and was not restarted sooner than in 60 hours, the bet for that event is void and will be evaluated as “won” with the odds of 1.00.

Same goes for all special bets directly related to that event: (first to score, first half, total number of goals, handicap, final score) and indirectly if one participant of that event is in the gaming lineup with a participant of some other event (for example, duel).

If an event started earlier than published on the betting list for any reason, all bets after an actual start date will be void and evaluated as “won” with the odds of 1.00.

If an event starts within 60 hours, the bet counts.

Switching the pair with one participant gone and replaced with someone else is considered as a change in the betting offer. (for example, if Jug - Mladost is in the gaming lineup, while the actual pairing is Mladost - Primorje).

If a team withdraws before the event starts, the bet for that event is void and will be evaluated as “won” with the odds of 1.00.

B2.8 Skiing

Final classification published in the first official report is always used as an event outcome.

No later changes or decisions by individuals or committees are taken into account.

If an applied participant withdraws before the event starts, all bets will be evaluated as “won” with the odds of 1.00.

If an event is aborted or canceled and is not held on the same venue within 60 hours, all bets will be evaluated as “won” with the odds of 1.00.

If a participant retires or is disqualified during the event, it is considered that he participated in the event.

If an event is restarted not later then 60 hours from the start date on the same venue, the bet counts for the restarted betting event.

60 hour deadline is applied on the start date displayed on the betting list.

B2.9 Events with horses, motorcycles, cars, formulas, boats and bikes

Final classification published in the first official report is always used as an event outcome.

No later changes or decisions by individuals or committees are taken into account.

If an event is canceled or postponed and is restarted later than 60 hours from the start date, bet will be evaluated as “won” with the odds of 1.00.
